The Voyager Universal Literacy System is a comprehensive K-3 reading program that meets and exceeds research-based recommendations for effective reading instruction. The core curriculum addresses each of the critical skills that a child needs to become a successful reader and the supporting components ensure ease of implementation and success in the classroom.

Aligned with the Reading First Legislation
Voyager Universal Literacy System is completely aligned with the requirements of the Reading First Initiative and is successfully implemented in hundreds of Reading First schools across the country.

With Universal Literacy, teachers will:
	Identify and trace student skill levels using built-in DIBELS™ equivalent assessments and progress monitoring
	Differentiate instruction based upon each student's need with the integrated struggling reader intervention component
	Receive ongoing professional development and implementation support throughout the school year to ensure success
