Special Education Students Pass High Stakes Tests

At W.T. White High School in Dallas, Texas, eighty-two percent of students receiving special education services in Passport Reading Journeys passed the ELA strand of the TAKS at the end of ninth grade. Nine percent of these students passed the assessment the previous year.
