WildRivers catapults third graders into a year-long adventure as river guides
on some of the world’s legendary river systems. Each 2½ -hour
lesson includes scientifically based, systematic instruction designed to capture
the interests and imaginations of children. Learning stations engage students
as they work cooperatively to complete activities that reinforce prior learning
as the teacher focuses on specific instructional needs in small group settings.
Intensive support is provided for students who have yet to master key reading
behaviors. Challenging enrichment activities are provided for on-target readers.
