Learning to be explorers, second-grade students seek hidden treasures around the world and in their backyards. Activity-based adventures motivate students to learn new skills and strategies as they learn about the discoveries of others and seek clues that will lead them to their own findings. Students gain self-confidence as they dramatically boost their levels of literacy.
